We have a wonderful large family home across the road from the Hutt River.
Close to the beautiful Kaitoke walks, Tunnel Gully, Birchville Dam and tons more.

Although we are not in a heavily urban area we have a fully fenced section with automated gates for added security. Lots of privacy hidden away with lovely bush surroundings.

We have two dogs - Frankie is a 2yr old chocolate lab who is super loving and friendly and we have Beau who is a 6yr old British bulldog. Beau is a stubborn boy with sass to kick but he is equally loving and friendly. These boys love to have someone home with them for company and we do have a large dog run for them during the day when you go out and in crates at night. Frankie will run and chase and play on the front lawn while Beau is much happier to sunbathe and observe.

Garden care is low maintenance - all we ask is for the plants to be watered in the evenings if no rain.
