Beachlands Manukau

I have a 6 year old boxer that requires being walked at least twice daily. He has a handicap (spinal stroke) but does not require any special treatment other than a tablet once every two days. He is very friendly and hates conflict so there should be no problem with other animals.
The house is low maintenance and on-site parking is available. The neighbourhood is friendly with multiple walks and beaches. The lawns may need mowing twice in the given period. Any other work can be left for my return.
