Whakamarama, Tauranga Bay Of Plenty

we have a 4 bedroom two storey house 300sqm including double garage and 3 acres approx.
We have a jack russell dog 2 years old and a horse that is 23 years old . He needs his knee brace checked daily and feeding, he is very friendly and quiet. Our liitte dog is a little rat bag but very loveable. he just runs freely daily and sleeps inside at night. may need lawns mowed depending on weather once or twice , have petrol lawn mower and ride on. have a garden that may need watering if no rain and pot plants
