I am six times Pfizer Covid-19 vaccinated. Plus annually Influenza vaccinated.

I have cat, chicken, rabbit, sheep and house sat all over the North and South Island. For cats that use cat flaps and cats that use litter trays. I have also successfully cat sat for a fussy Persian, nervous rescue cats, cats needing medication & elderly cats. I am an animal lover and a keen trail runner so love to house sit somewhere new so that I get to look after new furry friends and run somewhere new.

I am also used to watering plants, mowing lawns, tending veggie patches, collecting courier parcels and letters. Anything that needs doing while you're away really. I also catch and release or dispose of birds, mice, skinks, or moths etc. that are brought in for me by your cat. I am used to looking after and catching pet rabbits. I have had pet gerbils, budgies, hamsters, gold fish, rabbits and guinea pigs. I am also used to looking after chickens and sheep.

As a qualified preschool teacher and working for clinical research, I am police vetted. House and pet sitting references available on this site.

If I do not reply to your message straight away it is because I am working or running. I will get back to you on my break or at the end of my run as I run with my phone.

Non smoking, non drug taking, non party animal and vegetarian (mainly vegan), but happily serve pet food & meat to your cat.

I currently work remotely and from the office so need access to the internet or I bring my own modem. I am also used to sitting for longer sits from 4-5+ weeks while owners are on holiday overseas or in the northern hemisphere & work I with their time zones. I am also happily post pictures/videos to you to show "proof of life" of your pet.

Penny is awesome. First up great communication, clear, easy, timely and also she had a good sense of humour. I knew from the get go George the cat 🐈 was in good hands. George was well looked after and there were a few cute photos sent through but not to much to be intrusive. When we arrived home the house was clean and there was even a few treats left for George. Sadly our dryer broke just before our trip and it was no stress for Penny at all. Thanks so much Penny 💚

Penny has been an outstanding house and cat sitter for us while we were away for a month. She sent us cute and funny photos and updates regularly, was super responsive and helpful when we had a couple of things that needed attending to, and she's a great communicator. We arrived back today to a spotless house, an extremely happy cat, and food and treats for us! Just amazing. Thank you Penny and we'd love you to house sit again.

Penny is a perfect choice. Penny was an exceptional house sitter and cat caretaker during our time away. Her dedication to our cat Storm, was truly remarkable. This was our first time using a house sitter and after meeting with Penny my partner and I felt comfortable that our cat and house was in good hands. We were away for 10 days and Penny kept us updated throughout the entire time. On our return the house was spotless and cat very happy. Penny was exceptional I would highly recommend her.

Penny was an excellent housesitter while we were away. The house was spotless on return, and the cats were super chilled out and happy. She kept some flowers that had been delivered watered and communication was great. I would highly recommend Penny.
