Hi, looking for housesitting opportunities in the Wellington region so I can spend some quality time to see family (without actually having to stay with them).
I understand the importance and requirements of a housesitter as have a small hobby farm with assorted, pets, animals, orchards etc and at times have required housitters myself.
Am houseproud, financially secure, non smoker, keen gardner and love all animals big and small - fur, feathered, wool or hair- love them all.
You can be away and have peace of mind knowing your pets, garden and home would be in safe caring hands.

We were pleased to have Deidre look after our house and more importantly our dogs Pepper and Taavi. She was clear about what she needed to know and assisted us by asking good questions to meet our expectations. Deidre came to briefly meet us a few weeks before the sit and also stayed with us before our departure. Our Pepper is a very timid dog and can act territorial. Thank you, Diedre, for taking such good care of our pets and home! Diedre was an excellent pet sitter. She had instant rapport with our furry family, even our anxious dog, Bear, instantly took a shine to her. Diedre was great at communicating and extremely considerate about contacting us with any questions and letting us know when pet items were low. We would highly recommend Diedre for future house-sits and hope we can have a chance to get her back again someday as well. Thanks again!! :)
