We are Denise (29, from Germany) and Adam (31, from England).

We started our Working Holiday adventure here in New Zealand in November 2023 and have travelled the whole of the North Island for the first three months.
The last 1 1/2 month we've spend all over the South Island.
Due to the now colder weather coming into autumn/winter we are looking at alternative ways to get out of the van for a few nights and cut costs with accommodation, while still traveling and enjoying your beautiful country.

We both love all kinds of animals and spending time cuddling, playing and looking after them.

Denise has lots of previous experience taking care of her parents fish, bearded dragon and 4 cats when they are on vacation.
Adam has two cats of his own and has experience taking care of his relatives dogs and house sitting in the USA.

We completed a two week long house sit looking after 3 dogs, 1 cat, 4 chickens, 1 goat, 2 cows, few doves and 12 sheep. We are comfortable looking after larger animals and homes as well as smaller animals.

It is not an easy thing trusting someone to take care of both your furry loved ones, and your beloved home.
To ease this, we are more than happy to send you as regular updates as you need, whether that be a quick text and a photo or a video call.
We are home owners ourselves and take pride in a tidy and clean home. We will ensure everything is perfectly clean and tidy ready for your return and can take care of any chores you may require (within reason, of course!)

Adam & Denise made our get away so easy and we could relax knowing our home and pets were in good care. They were quick to understand what we wanted and showed affection to our dogs and cat . It was clear they loved animals . They kept the house very tidy and clean. They both love cooking so we enjoyed a few treats on our return. We would have no hesitation recommending them to others. We wish them well in their travels of NZ.

Denise looked after my place for 2 weeks while I was away overseas. First impressions confirmed the reality - she is a good communicator and made sure she knew what was required for the house sit. I left home feeling confident that my home and pets would be well cared for, and this proved to be the case on my return. My pets had been well looked after and my home was spotless.
