Hi everyone.

My name is Peter and I had been house sitting for a few years in New Zealand, Australia and Malaysia. It goes back a few years now. The last almost 4 years I worked as a live in support worker for a lady with a serious head injury on her lifestyle block.

I am a non smoking 62 year old male who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. I prefer mid to longer term assignments but will consider shorter once at the moment and am happy to do some property maintenance and quality animal and pet care taking.

I have experience in quality care taking and tenancy of properties including multi-million dollar properties in Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand. I am very organised, clean and tidy by nature and have owned my own properties and manufacturing business. I have experience with ride on mowers and gardening tools and equipment and originally been an auto electrician,

I prefer to meet home owners (if practical) in person or via phone or internet (skype) first to make sure I have it all clear as to what the expectations are, so you can relax when you are away from your home.

Peter is a super organised person. He looked after our house as if it was his own and cared for our cats with love and consideration. We returned to fresh sheets, towels and folded washing. The house had been vacuumed and was sparkling clean. Wow! We highly recommend Peter as a house sitter. He is gentle and caring and fastidious. Nga mihi nui Peter!

Peter communicated very well from the start and continued throughout the housesit. We didn't require updates or pictures during the housesit but he was willing to do so if required. Peter looked after our house and pool and both were clean when we came home with our animals looking well fed , happy and healthy.
