Hello There.
My name is Julie.
My husband and I spent the last 10 years house sitting. We have done over 150 sits, many of them repeats. and do have a swag of testimonials to go with it.
We have done sits all over New Zealand and Australia.We love the life style.

Recently my husband died suddenly which was a shock all round but I have made the decision to carry on house sitting.
I am in great health and enjoy long walks especially with dogs in my care.

My main objective is to give your favourite dog,or moogie lots of loves and cuddles.We have found that house sitting generally has nothing to do with minding house but with keeping the loved domestic animals loved,walked and fed
My first priority always will be the animals welfare.
We have so many references stating that we do exactly that.
I am clean living and will leave your house spotless.

I prefer sits longer than 3 weeks.

No rating Julie and Brian were very conscientous house sitters. The animals were well looked after, and the house was absolutely spotless when we got home! A very practical couple we felt comfortable trusting our house to.

Brian and Julie looked after our home and 2 little terriers for 9 days. They were very easy to deal with and flexible, given we were operating under the red traffic lights system. We arrived home to a tidy house and content dogs so I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Glenn. We enjoyed this house sit in lovely Pohara,Golden Bay.The cats were very friendly and the house was a pleasure to stay in.
Brian and Julie came to visit us prior to the date we needed them. We liked them straight away. They were very caring with our little dog and they moved our cattle every 2nd day onto new pasture. They left our home spotless. Communication was excellent as Julie sent photos of Georgie (dog) showing us he was happy as! He seemed to love Brian's knee! It was just unfortunate that our Wifi went down and both Brian and I had to touch base with the provider who wasn't that helpful until I theatened ... MORE

We did enjoy this sit especially sitting having breakfast overlooking the magnificent rural views.The house was very clean for us and little Georgie was sooooo cute.A good sit for a nice couple and Jocelyn took the time to teach me a nice craft
We would give Brian and Sue 10 out of 10. I think the pets would go higher!

Great sitters, they were able to visit us before the sit started to view the house and pets. Everything was well & truely taken care of. We heard from Brian & Julie regularly while we were away which gave us peace of mind the doggies were ok.

Brian & Julie took good care of our dog and cat and home for 5 weeks. They are very caring people who went out of their way to ensure our dog, who became quite distressed while we were away, was well loved and cared for. They took him to the vet when he had a skin allergy, walked him daily and we found him in good health and happy on our return. Julie even weeded the garden for our return which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.

Julie and Brian did a wonderful job in looking after my house, and especially my dog Nala for 6 weeks recently. While I was away Julie sent me regular updates as to how Nala was, which I very much appreciated, and it was lovely to come home to a tidy house and a happy and well-cared for dog. I was also grateful to Brian for taking me to the airport and picking me up on my return. They are a lovely friendly couple, experienced house-sitters and I would highly recommend them.

Very nice house and dog to sit, Nala is a real sweet natured dog, We both enjoyed the house and friendly area ,also found Sandra very pleasant and caring . good sit Brian and Julie
No rating Brian and Julie are just amazing. They looked after our dogs,cats,horses,sheep,cockatiels and chooks for a month. They dealt with anything that was thrown at them and left the place beautifully clean and tidy, inside and outside. Nothing seemed to faze them, they took all the stress out of leaving our home and animals and made it a relaxing experience for us. I would definitely have them to sit again for us.
