My husband Peter and I live in the beautiful Gulf Harbour. We have been in NZ for 9 years and are now citizens. We have recently lost our 2 beloved dogs (within 5 weeks of each other) , black lab that we brought over with us from the UK and we rescued a 2 year old from saving hope. They came everywhere with us, and loved being away in our vintage caravan. We are adventurous and currently planning our world travels, we start our journey in February 2024. We have 2 older girls and we are now empty nesters !
We thought this would be a great opportunity to mix our love of animals and adventure! I work from home so long as I have internet I’m ready to go.
We are easy going and treat the homes we stay in with respect and the animals like our own. If you have a dog that loves running, Peter has ran everyday with a running fur buddy for the last 15 years!

Clare and Pete looked after our dogs and tiny house while we were away for our wedding and honeymoon. They were so amazing and cared for our babies so well. Our home was kept beautifully and to come home to such a clean space was wonderful. Clare sent us regular videos which was so special. If i could give them more stars I would. Amazing couple xx

A fabulous couple to look after young Storm, with a good running and pup play time included. He is happily exhausted. Communication was brilliant and he house was immaculate. Thank you guys all round!! We woukd LOVE to have you look after Storm again, thank you!! Will be in touch!!
Make sure the garden and pot plants are thriving when you get back - get a house sitter.
