It was lovely to have Jean look after my cat (Theo), fish and the house during my vacation. It was always easy to reach Jean through WhatsApp and she was constantly in touch with me sending me pictures of Theo and letting me know how he was and what he was up to. Also she kept me informed of who was in the premises (lawn mowing, garden maintenance people), etc. Everything was well cared for upon my return. The house was nice and clean.
