Josie & James

My partner James and I are both primary school teachers. We are staying with family in Auckland to spend more time with them before we move overseas later this year and would love the opportunity to house sit. We will work casually as relief teachers during our stays so will be flexible with times to attend to pets.

We have both grown up around and lived in households with cats (we love cats and have always wanted our own but unable due to rental restrictions), guinea pigs, fish, rabbits, chickens and dogs. I have had experience house sitting and looking after family and friends dogs, cats, birds and chickens when they have gone away on various trips.

We live a quiet lifestyle and enjoy relaxing at home. We are respectful and trustworthy people who will care for both your home and pets as if they were our own while you are away.
