Semi retired but able to manage my business interests from a distance i like the idea of exploring more of both coastal and rural NZ.
Once involved in education I had a lifestyle block of 164acres so know what is involved living in the country.
I am also keen to investigate fishing off the beach using a drone.
I an clean living, non smoking, drink on a very limited social level and use on prescribed drugs.
I am flexible in my time available and have my own home and would look to treat someone else's home with the same care and respect.

Good afternoon John was brilliant in communicating with us. This was our first time using the site and having a sitter so we were a bit anxious, but there was no need. On our return the house was spotless and it was pleasing to return to the house. Our dog was happy and the hens were fed. I have no hesitation in recommending John to another position. John & Karen are such lovely, kind, genuine people. Leaving them to look after our house and cats while we went on holiday made everything such a breeze, as their trustworthy natures ensured we felt happy and secure with them being there to look after our older/shy cats. Very tidy and respectful couple - our house literally looked almost untouched by the time we got back! They also were kind enough to stay a day longer to help us out as our trip was extended.
