Hi, we are Joyce (UK) and Brett (New Zealander) teachers on sabbatical for a year. Fit and healthy in our 50/60's. Non smokers. Would love to house sit, and look after your lovely animals
Available January to March 2024 open to anywhere on the South Island. Then we will be in the North Island all of April. We have no commitments, so can give the house sit and pets our full attention. Have looked after dogs, cats, hens and parrots, so far. Enjoy animals, walking, wildlife and coffees! ☕️ Reliable, trustworthy and responsible. Very happy to send you updates and photos during house sit as Brett is a photographer .

Brett kept in great communication with us and sent photos of how our dog Milo was whilst we were away. We came home to a clean and tidy house and Milo was taken great care of. Thanks

Brett and Joyce arrived in good time, and Brett shadowed the pet routine before we left. The house was really clean and tidy when we got home, and the animals ( lots of) were all very relaxed and contented. Communication was good and they left us a really nice card, as they had to leave a few hours before we got home. We would happily have them stay in our home again!

Thanks Brett and Joyce for taking great care of our home and pets. House was spotless on our return and pets very happy. Brett and Joyce were great a keeping in regular contact leading up to sit which was very reassuring. Enjoy the rest of your time in New Zealand. Recommend ++

Brett and Joyce, looked after our wee farm for the weekend. They fed all the animals, cows, sheep, ducks and turkeys, dogs and the cat and walked the dogs and watered the vegetable gardens. We came back to a clean tidy house and they changed the sheets on our bed, which was great to come home too. Brett was good at communicating with us about times that they would arrive and leave. Brett & Joyce could not have been more accommodating. We were not in a position to meet prior to the day of our departure but they were aware that we wanted to get away fairly early and needed time to do a walk around so purposely made sure they were close by the night before. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. They were very keen to understand and clarify what we required from them and we came home to happy animals and a happy garden.
