We are from the UK and spending 5 months travelling around New Zealand with a flexible itinerary. We are very experienced in home ownership and maintenance. We understand how important people's homes are to them.

We rent out and manage property in the UK and have also leased property ourselves. We pride ourselves in looking after places we stay in which is endorsed by our Airbnb reviews.

Due to our lifestyle which has involved travelling and working overseas, we do not have pets of our own however, we regularly look after neighbours' pets when they are away.

We are letting our own home out during our time in New Zealand (see photos), which we have done in the past, so we understand how important it is to know your home is being respected and properly cared for. We enjoy the outdoor life and are particularly keen on gardening.

We have three sons who live and work in the UK. We are fit and active and seek to be caring, compassionate and good communicators.

Due to our employment (National Heath Service), we have recent UK DBS (Disclosure and Baring) checks and clearance which we are happy to share.

It was fantastic having Philip and Victoria look after our house and our dog, Olive. We were given regular communication and updates. Our dog was very happy and well looked after. Our house and garden were immaculate when we arrived home. Would highly recommend Victoria and Phil to look after your house and pets.

This was our first time having house sitters so I was a bit apprehensive and not sure what to expect. I needn't have worried. Victoria and Philip were amazing. They weren't at all fazed by our slightly unruly dogs, and happily moved cattle for us as well. They were great communicators and kept us informed of how things were going while we were away. Victoria and Philip took such amazing care of our dogs that they weren’t even that excited when we arrived home. While that does hurt my feelings a bit, it means that I know that they were happy and cared for. One of our dogs has even rubbed it in a bit further by checking their room a couple of times on the first day, just to see if his new mates were hiding in there! We have been so fortunate to have Victoria & Philip take care of our small farm for 8 days recently. We had cattle, 3 dogs, 2 cats and hens to care for. We came home to an immaculate home, extremely well cared for pets and farm animals. There was even baking and Lasagne left for us on return. We cannot recommend Victoria & Philip highly enough.
