Deb and Pete are incredible and are up their as one of our favourite house sitters! They are professional, friendly and down to earth people who kept fantastic care of our dog, Frida, and our home.

The house was extremely well kept, gardens and lawn maintained, and house plants cared for. They showed the upmost respect for our home, and on our return, we were welcomed back to an immaculate house and yard and the most amazing curry and cheesecake.

I can thoroughly recommend Peter and Deborah for the care, detail and attention that they brought to their role as housesitters. They were responsible sitters who took time to find out all about our ageing cat Millie before taking care of her. They treated our home with respect, leaving it sparklingly clean and with baking waiting for us on our return.

We were very impressed with their care of both. The animals were very well looked after and Deb and Peter kept us up to date with how they were going with some great pictures and details of what they had been up to. House was immaculate on our return. We would highly recommend their services and would be more than happy for them to housesit for us again.

From the first time we met Deb and Pete we felt very relaxed having them housesit for us for approximately 2 months. They were great with our cat and communicated with us weekly to let us know how our cat was and how they were getting on.
We came home to an immaculate house and garden and one very happy pet.
A bonus was the wonderful meal they left for us to enjoy on the evening we came home - lovely presented table setting and bottle of wine - amazing!!

We love our cat Fergus and our dog Finnegan so when we booked a 5 week long trip overseas we wanted some great housesitters. Luckily we found Deborah and Peter.
Not only are they super lovely people but they've got housesitting down to a fine art. First they came and visited in advance of the sit and our dog warmed to them both right away. Then while we were away we got regular updates with photos of them taking our dog on adventures and cuddling with our cat.

Brilliant! We were away for six weeks and could not have been happier with all that Deb and Pete did for us. The house we came back to had been beautifully cleaned and the garden well-cared for (thanks for doing the winter pruning that we had not managed to get a round to). There was a meal prepared and a couple of very contented pets who, to be honest, had hardly seemed to notice we were gone! The weekly updates were really great and we always felt that everything was in very safe hands. They ... MOREBrilliant! We were away for six weeks and could not have been happier with all that Deb and Pete did for us. The house we came back to had been beautifully cleaned and the garden well-cared for (thanks for doing the winter pruning that we had not managed to get a round to). The weekly updates were really great and we always felt that everything was in very safe hands. They really contributed a lot to how enjoyable this long awaited holiday was for us. The whole experience - our first through Kiwi House Sitters has probably slightly spoiled us for sitters in the future. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Their communication with us was excellent throughout our holiday with updates on Rosie, our dog.

They looked after our two little dogs and going by the photos they sent us over the period we were away ,it didn't look like they missed us. We are relatively new to the house sitting concept (3rd time) however our most recent experience has by far exceeded all expectations in the manner of which our home and dogs were cared for.
Firstly the communication was always clear and concise and the response was always in a timely manner.
Peter and Deb took time out of the day to drop us off at the airport and on return pick us up.

Deborah and Peter were beyond wonderful, amazing and brilliant. They are the most respectful, kind and caring people you could wish to have to look after your animals and house. They were so understanding with when our plans had to change due to an ill relative.
They sent us updates of how our animals were and lots of beautiful photos. We came back to find supper (and pudding) made for us and the house was immaculate.

Deb and Pete communicated well throughout the arrangement and sitting process. They treated the animals and house with respect and everything was clean and tidy on our return. They offered to do maintenance gardening and watering, and even cooked us a meal for our return. We enjoyed meeting them and would ask them to house sit again in the future.

They showed a genuine, kind, caring attitude to our 2 year old Golden Labrador dog & were great with sending us photos over the 10 days we were away.
They went out of their way to do so many extras such as picking us up from the airport on our return, having a delicious 2 course meal ready for us & had scrubbed & polished our entire house( which is big) until it sparkled .

If you van get Pete n Debs you will be winning. My house was spotlessly clean when i got back. The garden was tidy and my dog was a happy boy.
As a beautiful touch they left desserts (home made) in the fridge. They also left a framed photo of Echo.
I would ask Pete n Debs back any time. They are beyond excellent on the house sitting scale.

Deb and Peter looked after our home & farm for 2 days in January & returned for a 2 week stay in February. Unfortunately they had to deal with a number of unforeseen hiccough ups which they managed superbly under difficult circumstances using their initiative to problem solve. They bottle fed a cria, cared for 2 mums who had unexpectedly birthed, fed out, kept the water clean & cool for 40 alpacas & cleaned the paddocks.. Plus cared for 3 Newfoundlands & 3 cats.
