Hi there, I'm a female from China, I used to be an art teacher, I still create now. I very enjoy the mutual companionship and love with pets, as well as each different home, this is a connection for me to experience life in Nz, I gained a lot from the house sitting I did!
Me and pets: I grew up in a mountain village, raised chickens, herded cows, and took care of cats, rabbits and dogs for my friends. Because I was on the road a lot, I couldn’t adopt my own pets. But on the road, I was lucky to met many lovely pets, it is a pleasure to get along with them, the companionship and love they give is selfless! At the same time, I also want to give them sincere love and care!
More about me: I came to NZ in mid-April last year, time flies It's been a year, and I'm currently planning to stay until at least mid-October or longer. Because I gradually found that I really like life here, I now have a part-time job but have enough time at home and company with pets. Btw, I have a car and I have good living habits and I’m caring, tidy, respectful and communicative.
I used to be an art teacher for the past three years and illustrator, but one day, I found that my art teacher's work and life have not changed much, I haven't created illustrations for a long time, I travel every year in many different ways and plan to make some changes, to find what things I really want to do, and things I can do.
I came to NZ for the first month as a wwoofer because I wanted to feel the power of a different way of life. I was lucky to meet a lady who I do some gardening and look after Sandy ( her dog) in exchange for accommodation and food, she took me to exhibitions and concerts and let me walk into her life, inspired me to start painting again. So my first painting in NZ is about her, "There's always a way to the beach", if you're interested in learning more I can send you the link to my wwoof profile.
In my second month in NZ, I worked for an herbal company and learned some about herbs which gave me a different experience.
During my third to eleven month in NZ, I painted a lot of paintings and made many friends who love art. During this period, I made some house sitting jobs in many areas of Auckland, I get a lot of love from pets and I love them so much!
Those wonderful memories with pets in NZ : Nigel loves food but loves kissing after getting to know him well. Lennie is a poor cat, but I think he also met happiness after being adopted by a loving host. Sky is an indoor cat who has opened up all of himself to me, the love he showed infected me, and I had a deeper feeling to love pet even more!
Thank you so much for your patience in reading and considering! Hope I may have the opportunity to meet your loving pets and home❤️
