I am a Canadian professional female, living and working in NZ for 4 yrs now. I have worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for various companies since 2014, most recently at Trade Me. Since Covid, I have been working remotely as a recruitment/HR consultant and am able to do so from anywhere with a strong WIFI connection giving me more time and energy to give your fur babies the love and attention they need. :).

I am a fast friend to most animals and have experience caring for dogs, aging pets, birds, chickens, goats, horses and cattle.

I am responsible, reliable and would treat your home and pets with respect and care. I can provide house-sitter and employer character references, and would be happy to meet in person or by phone to discuss any details, concerns and/or arrangements you may have.

This was our first experience using Kiwi House Sitters - Jen is natural, down to earth, respectful, trustworthy, honest and reliable. She has an awesome personality and lovely laugh. The house was super clean, warm and tidy on our return. Alfie was in his happy place with Jen - lying on her sleeping and snoring! Jen found a park to walk him and met other dogs (we live here and didn't know about - within 24hrs of arriving!). He is definitely going to miss her and so will we. I have no hesitation ... MORE

Jennifer stayed for a just over a week and looked after our two dogs. We were happy with her as a house sitter, house was clean and in good order when we returned and dogs seemed happy and well looked after. Was very easy to arrange the sit with Jennifer and she was very flexible. Would recommend her to others.

Jennifer was an absolute god send! Our high energy husky dog absolutely loved jennifer and was a happy dog when we arrived home. Highly recommend Jennifer, she's lovely, honest and a great communicator, and great with a dog who needs firm boundaries and lots of excercise.

We owned our dog for only six weeks and had grown to love him very much. We where very worried as the dog was very confused and thought he was being abundant. on the second day we received a video from Jennifer our house sitter showing Baza our dog very happy on his walk. The videos kept coming we loved seeing him so happy. Jennifer sorted out his eating problems taught him to be more social. Jennifer is very loving and caring. Jennifer did a fantastic job of looking after our pets and house while we were away for a month. She communicated well, sent us photos of our cats and left the house tidy for our return. Highly recommend!

Jennifer very ably took care of our house, cat, and 10 heifers for 3 weeks. She is a very warm, bubbly person who very quickly became like family. We had no hesitation in leaving our home and animals in her hands and would love to have her come back again anytime!
