I am an active 54 year old lady with 4 grown up children. I love exploring new places, having adventures, taking time out from my normal busy routine and spending time in the company of animals. I have had a beautiful beagle dog for 12 years who has now gone to doggy heaven and also a number of delightful cats. One of things that delights my soul is the sound of a purring happy cat. I am a keen gardener and keep a very clean tidy house. To relax I enjoy reading, cooking, meeting friends for coffee, spending time with my adult children, swimming, snorkeling and long walks particularly around water. I love my job working Tuesday to Friday as a Dental Assistant in a busy private practice.
I have several character references I am happy to provide and a house sitting reference on this site.
I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies.

This was the first time we used a house sitter and were unsure what to expect. We were thrilled to have Christine look after our two cats, house, house plants and garden. From first meeting Christine we felt confident we could trust her . Christine is a great communicator, practical, competent and down to earth. She managed our one confident cat and one timid cat with ease. We had a holiday with no worries about home . We totally recommend her and love to have her back in the future.

Once again Christine left our house clean and tidy and had thoughtfully added some touches to make it very welcome. Unfortunately the Wellington weather prevented Christine from being able to weed the garden. Christine did however keep the glass house going and the tomatoes tied up. We would recommend Christine as a reliable house sitter.

Christine looked after for home and pets for almost a month. She was prompt with communications prior to the housesitter and gave us regular updates on our fur babies and home to provide reassurance during stormy weather. We returned to a clean and tidy home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Christine looked after our house and garden during a particularly cold winter. We came home to a lovely clean house and cared for vegetable garden. Christine was thoughtful and careful around both the house and garden. I would have no hestitation in recommending her as a house sitter . Her experience as gardener was also an asset.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Christine look after my house and three cats while I was away for a month. She came to visit beforehand, kept me updated on the cats' welfare, and I came home to happy and healthy moggies and a clean and tidy house. Highly recommended,
