We would love the opportunity to care for your pets and home. We don’t currently have the space to have our own pets, so would see ourselves as being very lucky to be able to care for someone else’s.

We are a family of 3 who would love the opportunity to be able to care for your pets and home. Being a full time mummy (until I need to go back to work), we have flexibility with both dates and location.

We are a family of 3 who would love the opportunity to be able to care for your pets and home. Being a full time mummy (until I need to go back to work), we have flexibility with both dates and location.

A bit about us: I am a teacher currently on maternity leave for my youngest who is 10 months old, and my son who is 3 years old. I grew up in the South Island in a house where our pets (cats and dogs) were always part of the family. I enjoyed horse riding, which for I did for a number of years along with a shorter period of time living on a sheep farm.

As a family, we love spending time in nature, so will take any opportunity to get out and about. We love our daily walks and adventures. Both my son and daughter have spent time with animals as our wider family (aunties and uncles) all have pets of their own, with one living on a lifestyle block. We are a very house proud family, organised and respectful.

Due to living a townhouse, we don’t currently have our own pets due to space limitations, so would see the opportunity to care for someone else’s pets a real privilege. Being a teacher, I am fully police checked checked through the teachers council. Can also provide referees upon request.

Pet care

Very experienced with pets of our own (growing up) along with caring for relatives pets, both cats and dogs. We haven’t previously had the flexibility needed to house sit, like we do at the moment.

Spent time living on a farm growing up. This was a sheep farm where I was required to drive a 4-wheeler along with taking part on daily jobs to care for the animals. We also had a number of horses on the farm.
