Hi everyone,

We are Ronja and Jules (both 31 years), a calm couple from Germany. Since six months we are working and travelling through whole New Zealand and we are absolutely loving it!

We love the win-win aspect of house sitting. While travelling in NZ, we have someone caring for our home in Germany, so we know how reassuring it is to have a reliable person looking after your pets and property. As animal lovers, spending time with pets is a real bonus for us.

Pet care

We've both grown up around animals and caring for them has always been part of our lives. Jules grew up with cats, while Ronja grew up with dogs, horses, chickens, birds and small pets and also had a cat and chickens whilst studying. So we're comfortable around all kinds of animals. Back home, we ... Read moreWe've both grown up around animals and caring for them has always been part of our lives. Jules grew up with cats, while Ronja grew up with dogs, horses, chickens, birds and small pets and also had a cat and chickens whilst studying. So we're comfortable around all kinds of animals. Back home, we regularly look after the dogs of family and friends and absolutely love it. We understand that every pet has its own routine, quirks and needs. Adapting to different training styles and house rules is no problem for us.
Whether it's walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles or just keeping your pets company, we're happy to make sure they feel safe and are well looked after while you're away. We know how much trust it takes to leave your pets and home in someone else's care, and we don't take that lightly.

We are currently housesitting on the South Island until the end of August. Afterwards we are most likely to travel to the North Island. We love to stay somewhere near the sea with surfbeaches nearby.

Review

Rojan and Julian were amazing to our dog Ollie. They took amazing care and left the house very tidy . They sent photos and up dates. They even stayed on for a extra week which was very much appreciated.
