Hi there, Mum and daughter duo both experienced animal people and house sitters.

favoriteWhy we love house sitting

Firstly we love meeting the different animals and experiencing something different to how we would normally live.

We are a small home-schooling family who have started our animal caring through pawshake, and our house sitting through our homeschool friends. We've really enjoyed it.

Both experienced with Cats (we have 2) and dogs (we had one for 15 years)
The teen has had experience in a small farm setting and we both have owned fish. We both volunteer at a cat rescue occasionally (Pet whisperer rescue trust) and have done some casual volunteer work with Auckland Puppy rescue.

In my previous job as a Nanny, all families had animals. We both have references available if needed.

Pet care

We have both been pet sitting via pawshake for 6 months. Mostly dog walking and cat feeding. Experienced with cats, dogs and fish.
We have pet/house sat for elderly dogs.
Cat rescue and small farm animals experience. We are comfortable with most animals, and willing to learn.

Caitlin and Lola did a wonderful job of taking care of our home and animals over the last 3 days. They were very respectful of the house, leaving everything clean and tidy for my return. The animals seemed happy and settled also, so I’m sure they enjoyed their company too.
