favoriteWhy we love house sitting

The thing we would like the most is spreading our love to animals that give us unconditional love.
We would also like to get to know new places in New Zealand while we do the above and get out of our routine.

We are a couple that currently lives in Wellington. We are able to house sit in any place in NZ, we have our own car, which gives us flexiblility. We only need time planning beforehand.

We are both full-time workers. However, I can WFH (need internet access) and Carlos is self employed so has time flexiblility.
We both are people who love outdoor activities after work and during the weekends. We really like the forest and the beach.

We have always lived with dogs until we moved to this beautiful country. We would like to spend fun time taking care of animals, taking them for walks, running, fresh air in their faces, as we all like.

We are not party people, but we do enjoy a BBQ time, or a pizza night between us.

We enrolled here as we wish to get to know new places while pet sitting. The perfect dates for us are long weekends and holiday periods.

We used to go for long walks and running with my dog while we lived in Chile. If your pet need to go for walks, we would definitely be the right people.
I also took care of dogs from some people I know, took them for walks and feed them.

We don't have much experience, but we are open to live new experiences and talk about it. We helped a friend feeding sheeps here in New Zealand.
For around a month we fed chickens and took some eggs while we lived in Chile.

We want to house/pet sitting to get out of our routine, get to know new places. We love nature, sports, and long walks (especially with dogs).
We absolutely love animals and spending quality with them.
We are a clean and responsible couple. Full time workers but with lots of flexibility (wfh).

Review

Carla and Carlos were such great pet and house sitters, can’t recommend highly enough. They are so friendly, caring and kind. Our dog was attentively cared for, with lots of walks and cuddles- they sent regular cute photos ☺️. They even left an adorable framed photo of Buddy, and a new dog harness as gifts- so special. Buddy totally adored them! The house was perfectly clean and tidy. Their communication was great. We would love to have them back again, such a lovely couple, thank you😊
