Pet care

My brother has an aquarium, I have taken care of feeding the fish and cleaning the tank at time when he was away on vacation. I have on occasion also house-sitted for friends and taken care of their cats, have a family friend's rabbit stay with me and walked a neighbour dog.

Since I arrived in New-Zealand, I also had the successful experience of caring for cats, a dog, a rabbit and a bird.

Ingrid was wonderful! I loved her calm nature which made me feel comfortable and secure with having her at home. We could tell our cat Bobby had been well loved with her presence, as she was very relaxed and not anxious or craving attention. We would highly recommend Ingrid for any future housesits. Ingrid did a great job looking after our home and cat She made the effort to come and visit before the sit and it was lovely to meet her. She kept in touch while we were away I would recommend her!
Hi We had booked Ingrid for this sit and met with her the week previous to our departure at our home. We were extremely pleased after meeting her to have her look after our pet. Sadly due to mass floods in Northland we had to cancel our holiday until weather permits. We kept in touch with Ingrid and she was more than understanding of our situation. I will be contacting Ingrid without hesitation if we are able to take a break when the weather in Northland is safe for travel. Thanks Ingrid ... Ingrid was a great sitter. Looked very well after our doggo baby, playing with him and daily walks. A lovely and friendly personality that cared well for our house too. Would highly recommend Ingrid.
Ingrid was awesome we were in a bind with a late cancellation and Ingrid was amazing, even prepared to juggle the last 2 days if we couldn’t find cover. All animals happy and content if she was unsure she connected to check. House was left in fab condition and she even made up the bed with fresh sheets! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ingrid!
