I enjoy keeping pets company, going for walks, following their routine, and making sure the home feels calm, clean and cared for.

Hi, I’m Braian. I’m originally from Argentina and I’m a New Zealand permanent resident.

I’ve been house and pet sitting around New Zealand and have really enjoyed looking after homes and spending time with animals.

Some of my sits have been for several weeks, so I’m comfortable settling into a routine and keeping things steady while owners are away.

I’m calm, tidy and responsible. I don’t smoke, I live a quiet lifestyle, and I keep the house clean and well looked after. I also like to keep owners updated with photos and messages, so they can relax while they’re away.

I’d be happy to look after your home and pets with care, patience and respect.

I’m now open to confirming house sits from January 2027 onwards and happy to plan ahead.

We returned to find our house beautifully tidy, and we really appreciate how well Braian looked after the space. For future sits, we would have loved a few more photo updates of our pets just for peace of mind. We also highly recommend a quick pre-visit next time, especially for extra-large breeds like our Rottweiler, to ensure everyone feels comfortable before the sit begins. Overall, Braian was respectful of our home and did a good job keeping everything neat.

During the sit, Ripley damaged several of my personal belongings, and I contacted you about this at the time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply for more than a week. After I contacted Kiwi House Sitters for assistance, communication resumed. For that reason, I feel the comments about communication and updates do not reflect the full context of the sit. I wish you and Ripley all the best.

Briaian communicated well and made a change in his arrival time to suit me. Upon meeting him I felt confident that the dogs would be well looked after. The house was left clean and tidy and my dogs were in great condition when I returned. The bottle of wine Briaian left for me was most appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Briaian to anyone wanting their dogs and home taken care of. Safe travels. Mike

We knew as soon as we met Braian that Ollie was going to be well looked after for the 5 weeks we were away. Ollie is a 10 1/2yr old golden retriever, and we were a bit unsure about leaving him for so long but Braian's kind, gentle nature and the way Ollie responded to him put us at ease immediately and we knew all would be ok. From day one Braian communicated and sent regular updates and photos of Ollie which we really appreciated. We really struck gold with Braian and would highly recommend ... I would give Braian 10 out of 10 for my house and pet sit. Braian is calm, kind and lovely natured. Even though my dog is usually cautious, especially with men, she immediately took to Braian. I had no hesitation in leaving her in Brian's care. Communication with Brian was excellent, he sent cute pics and comments regularly. On return I found my house neat and tidy, just as I left it. Braian is a fabulous house sitter who we unreservedly recommend to you if you are considering a sitter. He took wonderful care of Toby (Black Lab) and sent lots of pictures and Toby always looked happy in them. Our neighbours also commented on how happy Toby was!. Braian also took great care of our house and the lawns were cut and trimmed on our return. If you are looking for a great house sitter then Braian is your man. We would happily use him again.

Braian took excellent care of our elderly dog and perfect too looking after our house. Highly recommend.
Braian looked after our house and 3 pets for 3 weeks and we couldn’t have been happier. The dogs and cat are happy and seem entirely unfazed and untraumatised. The house was clean and tidy and the section too. Would have him back and recommend for others!!
We came home yesterday after a month away to a happy dog and a clean and tidy house. We couldn't be happier with Braian's care of Scout and would welcome him back any time, Braian is also a good communicator and is reliable and punctual.
This was my first time using house sitters. Braian looked after my house for about 10 weeks. I came home to a very clean and tidy house. Braian was easy to communicate with before, during and after the sit. Thanks for a worry-free sit.
