Am currently off work awaiting a minor surgery op. Choosing to use this time to stay active & be of benefit to myself and others.
Recently attended a series of Vipassana retreats & now spend a good chunk of time in quiet meditation 🙏

Che was an excellent sitter, happy to remain in touch without overwhelming us with contact. His care of our home, garden and cats was great. He did a huge amount of weeding, pruning and clearing in our garden which was very much appreciated. Che bought all his food with him and, when we came home earlier than expected, he was very flexible with arrangements. He was very open and easy to talk with.
