Matt came to visit before his house-sit which was a big help. He loved our dogs and they loved him. We are planning to have him stay for about three weeks this coming January so this was a good initiation and we are sure that our dogs will be in good hands. Matt is a reliable communicator. His girl friend was able to stay too with our permission.
We had a fantastic experience with Matt as our pet sitter. Before the scheduled date, we met a few times so he could get to know our dog, walk through the house, and review all our instructions. He even offered to come early on the day we left so our dog wouldn’t be overly stressed when we departed with our suitcases, which we really appreciated. When we returned, we found our dog happy and calm, and the house was relatively clean. Matt was very easy to communicate with, always responding ... Matt took care of our house and dog while we were away. It meant we were able to go away and relax knowing our dog was well taken care of. When we came back our dog was a lot calmer than he normally is after we’ve been away. I believe this is down to him having a lively time with Matt.
