We've purchased land in Lake Hāwea and are waiting for title, with building set to begin in mid to late 2026. In the meantime, we're house-sitting around New Zealand – it works well for us, and we genuinely enjoy caring for people's homes and pets.

About Us:
🏡 Sarah – I've been the trusted house and pet sitter for friends and locals for years, caring for horses, sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. As a trained animal communicator, with a special connection to dogs, I love daily walks and the companionship. With my superyacht background (yes, cleaning with cotton buds!), I promise your home will be left immaculate. I work full-time online as an Energy Healer, so I'm home during the day and your pets are never left alone for long.

🎵 Paora – My partner is a professional musician and definitely the cat person between us. He travels regularly for performances, but when he's home, he's around all day. He's a singer (not a drummer, so no noise worries!).

Sarah and Paora are fabulous people who looked after our property for six weeks. Their personalities were a perfect fit for our two quirky and demanding ginger cats along with our very vocal mini pony. Sarah was exceptional at communicating, both for asking questions if she needed help and sending photos of the cats and pony. The whole property was looked after very well, and we were very happy when we returned. We definitely recommend Sarah and Paora as sitters and would love them to house ... Sarah & Paora were the perfect house sitters! Great communication throughout, left our house immaculate for us to return to and took the best care of our dog - she was thoroughly spoilt. We couldn't have been happier with this house-sitting experience and would 100% recommend them.

Sarah and Paora looked after our house and dog, Nell for two months. Their care and communication was exceptional. If a problem arose they contacted us quickly and were proactive and responsive. Nell's needs were a clear priority for them and we could tell she was being really well looked after. We hugely appreciate all they did.
