We have the opportunity to enjoy some time living the real experience of a place.

Hi! We’re Joaquín and Abril, a couple from Argentina currently in New Zealand on a Working Holiday. Joaquín has been studying Economics, and Abril is close to completing her degree in Political Science.

We both love animals and feel very comfortable caring for them.
Abril grew up in a home with dogs and cats and has been surrounded by animals her whole life. We both love animals and feel very comfortable caring for them.
Abril grew up in a home with dogs and cats and has been surrounded by animals her whole life. She’s very familiar with their routines, behaviors, and needs, and is naturally calm, attentive, and comfortable handling them. Joaquín has always had a strong connection with animals and has gained hands-on experience caring for pets of family, friends, neighbors, and lately venturing into sittings in New Zealand —mainly medium to large dogs, as well as cats.

As a couple, we are clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of house rules. We value clear communication, consistency, and responsibility. Our priority is always to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and that the home is treated with the same care and respect as our own.

We have experience caring for dogs and cats, both our own and those of family, friends, and neighbors. While we’re now expanding our experience beyond our personal circle through pet sitting platforms, we’re confident, responsible, and well prepared to care for pets properly.

Joaquin and Abril were great house sitters. They were clean and tidy and kept us updated on our dog Bora. We felt very comfortable leaving them with our home and our dog. Would definitely recommend them!
Joaquin and Abril were fantastic - excellent communication, the house was immaculate on our return, and most importantly our cat and dog were happy!
Joaquin is amazing! We could not have asked for a better pet sitting experience. From the first phone call, to meeting him in person, we knew he was the right person for our 3 cats and rambling gardens. Joaquin is gentle and kind and our cats loved him! he sent us photos and videos and was always super prompt with communication. He happily followed all instructions for pet care - and kept our many plants alive during the summer heat. We unexpectedly changed our return dates and Joaquin agreed ... MoreJoaquin is amazing!
