Meeting great people and exploring.

We are a retired couple living and travelling North Island in a caravan.
Both non smokers.
Both of us were bought up on dry stock properties having also been farm owners.
We also owned and operated a mowing/section maintenance business.
We have also been involved with Security related jobs over a long period.
Having owned our own homes all our lives we treat all homes as our own.
We are more than happy to answer any queries.

Helen and Richard have been great. They have taken good care of our home and dog Jasper with good communication before and during the house and pet sit. Our dog requires daily medications which was given plus 2 walks a day. I would recommend Helen and Richard to take care of your home and pet knowing they eill both in safe hands.
Helen and Richard were absolutely top notch house sitters. We could not have asked for better. They looked after our 75 cattle beasts and Sally, our dog like they were their own. Richard spotted a weaner calf that was sick, phoned the vet and administered the medication with no trouble. They kept the lawns well mowed and even weeded the veggie garden! The house was spotless when we arrived home after 5 weeks away. They also prepared lunch for us for our return. Very highly recommended. ... Helen and Richard are 110% amazing. They are easy going and nothing is too much bother. The dog and cows were very well looked after. The house was spotlessly clean and gardens were immaculately kept. I don’t know what we would have done without them especially with such a long sit. Richard and Helen took wonderful care of our Dog Mini, l could tell they had got to know her well. We came home to a clean and well cared for home and beautiful lawns and garden and we were so grateful for a meal that only needed heating in the fridge. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and would definitely have them back. Thank you Helen and Richard.
The best house sitters you could wish for. Our animals were all healthy, happy and well cared for. Our house was left in perfect condition and Helen and Richard have been a pleasure to communicate with, we would have them back any day.
Richard and Helen were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend these two to house sit. Missy our Rottweiler girl is just 1 year old and was loved to bits. Our Cat was treated exactly the same. Our property is not your normal home environment and they both fitted into our shoes with care and consideration. Both my hubby and myself thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for looking after our 3 acres of sheep, lambs, cat, dog, chooks, weeding, watering the tunnel houses, putting fresh produce ... They seemed to love our pets as much as we do, when we got home it seemed like no-one had even lived in our house...it was exactly as we'd left it, clean, tidy, everything dusted and fresh. Even the gardens had been weeded and lawns mowed. They fitted into our small local community well. When we arrived home our wee dog was so excited to see us she kept running to Helen and Richard with as much excitement as she showed us - a sure sign she ... Excellent people, They did a marvelous job of looking after our property & chooks for a month, lawns & gardens done, you wouldnt know we had been away , Warm & friendly , cannot recommend them enough for the care they showed, Thank you guys
Helen & Richard did a fantastic job of caring for our property and fur baby. They were lovely and had great communication. This was our first trip using house sitters and everything went perfect. Highly recommend Helen & Richard.
