Mel was amazing looking after Rogue while we were away. She was great at keeping us updated with photos and detail of how they were going. The house was clean and tidy on our return and Rogue was happy and safe which tells me she enjoyed having Mel too. I would definitely ask Mel to house sit again if ever she wanted too.
Melanie was awesome, super friendly with our 2 little dogs, very tidy and left the house super clean. Gave us updates throughout our trip and was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend her! :)
Melanie looked after our energetic Border Collie, Pepa, while we went on holiday. Pepa was well cared for and our house was cleaner than we left it when we arrived home. Would gladly have Melanie look after Pepa again. Thanks so much Melanie.
We had Melanie confirmed to house/pet sit while we were overseas for 8 nights. She arrived, we chatted and introduced her to the dogs and cat and we left, all was well. We traveled all the next day and didn't have reception until arriving at the motel that afternoon. We recieved a text from Mel saying. She had left that morning due to having an allergic reaction to the property. She had booked an air BnB 50mins away and said we would have to find someone else to house sit/care for the ... While we sympathize with Mel and her allergic reaction. Trying to find alternative care for our animals and home while over seas was extremely stressful and was impossible to do at such short notice. It cast a dark shadow over what was ment to be an amazing time celebrating with family.

Warren's dogs were well behaved and easy to look after. However, I wasn't able to stay more than one night at Warren's house because I had an allergic reaction to the carpet. However, I wasn't able to stay more than one night at Warren's house because I had an allergic reaction to the carpet. The house was left quite messy, and the overall level of hygiene was minimal. The bedroom was only prepared when I arrived, and I was given a child's bed with a very uncomfortable mattress that felt like sleeping in a hammock. I did an additional day looking after the dogs and offered Warren's friend to train her feeding/walking the dogs. While the pets are, of course, the priority, providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for the sitter is equally important. A sitter who feels comfortable and well looked after is in the best position to provide the highest level of care for the animals.

Sadly we had to put Casper down 2days prior to Mel coming down. It was a very sad call I had to make but she was so sympathetic. Mel still stayed and our place was left tidy. Communication with Mel was super easy.
My animals loved Melanie specially Phoebe getting taken to the beach all the time thank you Melanie. Would like more videos and photos next time.
Melanie took great care of both my house and dogs. The puppers seemed very happy and house left spotless. Very happy to recommend Melanie.
Cats and the dog had a lovely time with Mel , special cuddles on the sofa …I would recommend Mel for a house sitter

Mel was fantastic, looked after our cats and home really well. We came home to happy cats and a lovely clean house. Would highly recommend!
Mel has been lovely to have house sit. She looked after our pets and house/gardens for a week. Keeping everything alive and thriving. And in an extra note Mel is a really lovely person to boot. Def would have her back if she was willing.

Mel was fantastic at looking after our house and cats. Communication was excellent - Mel updated us with how the cats were which was much appreciated. She even did me a favour by sending an item in the post as well. Can highly recommend Mel.
