Hello, my name is Amy and I have been living and working in the UK for the past 13 years. I grew up on a farm in the Coromandel Peninsula and my family are now based around the Waikato and my father lives in Wanaka. I have been running my own business in London for 5 years and have recently returned to New Zealand. Ideally I'm looking for longer opportunities up to a week or more, however anything will be considered. I will be at home the majority of the time working online and giving your animals lots of love and attention 🥰
A bit about me, absolutely LOVE animals, am super friendly, honest, reliable, responsible, clean and tidy. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I'm interested in personal development, mindfulness, wellbeing. While in NZ I will be doing some online courses as I'm thinking of transitioning out of my business in London (an architectural recruitment agency operating in London and NYC), into life coaching / therapy. I love animals having been anround them all my life.
I have an easy going and flexible and adaptable approach. I look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to ask any questions. I’m currently house and pet sitting for my father in Wanaka, until August 26th and then I am free. I have my own car.

Amy was fantastic! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a competent, animal loving house sitter. She took good care of our little dogs (and various other animals), walking the dogs everyday. Communication was great and overall it was a wonderful experience dealing with Amy.
Amy was a great sitter for our dogs, chickens and home. The house was clean and we had good coms whilst we were away. She did have an incident with firewood and smoke which she dealt with professionally.
Amy was super easy to coordinate with for this sitting. She sent me updates each day of how Scratch The Dog was going and she was going great! She clearly felt very relaxed and chilled while Amy was staying. Scratch also had some medical requirements and Amy wasn't phased at all by the added element of dog care. I'd happily ask Amy to look after my place and my best mate again.
