• Steven: Steven has an extensive background in aviation, having served as an officer in the Royal New Zealand Air Force for 43 years. His experience also includes property management and the chairperson of our apartment Body Corporate.

Financial Stability:
We are financially secure, mortgage free and own rental properties in New Zealand.

House Sitting Experience:
We have previous experience house sitting in New Zealand, caring for dogs and cats. We can provide references attesting to our responsibility and care during these assignments.

As house sitters, we are committed to maintaining your home in excellent condition, respecting the community, and following all instructions and agreements. Our background in property management ensures we understand the responsibilities and expectations of caring for a home properly.
