Responsible, experienced house-sitter, non-smoker, who will look after your fur babies and keep your home as you would like it. I am easy going, happy to pitch in and do wee jobs if I see they need doing. I have house sitting references and am police vetted.

I have lived in Wellington for a couple of years and enjoy getting to know the different neighbourhoods. Having previously worked as a nanny I am used to a menagerie of creatures - cats, dogs, rabbits, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, axolotls, hamsters, birds, fish and a well-behaved python!
I enjoy going for walks so am happy with a canine in my care. My spare time is occupied with reading, walking, swimming and writing. Look forward to meeting you!
Note: I work in the city Mon-Fri so not home during office hours.

Therese is a wonderful sitter who provided excellent care and regular updates to let us know how our cats were getting on. She was also punctual when responding to our messages so this removed a lot of stress whilst we were away. She was very respectful of our apartment which was left in a spotlessly clean way. We would not hesitate to reach out to Therese should we require a sit in the future!
Therese was wonderful, met me at the arranged time. very easy to communicate with and sadly my cat was not the easiest cat to have to take care of. I truly appreciate all the care and attention , Therese gave my wee fellow. I think this was a bit more than she had bargained for. drachir is elderly and not in great health , but , he likes to wander and "hang out" at the local bus stop!! Despite a collar with his name and our cell phones he will still be picked up and taken to his local ... Thérèse was able to house sit for us with only a couple of days warning, and even managed to get to our place to confirm the details prior to us heading off. I really, really appreciated that! We came home to a spotless house and a happy cat, thanks Thérèse :)
Theres did a house sit for us while we went visiting family in South Africa. She was excellent with communication, gave extra care and love to our doggie child ☺️ When we returned she made us a nice dinner even with a desert. Would definitely recommend Therese to anyone
We were so happy to have Therese house sit for us and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a house or pet sitter. Therese took the time to come and met us before the house sit and kept us updated about how things were going while we were away. She took very good care of our pets (an axolotl and a cat) and I am sure our cat Liquorice misses her already. We also came home to an immaculately clean house. We had a lovely holiday thanks to her and we hoped she enjoyed her mini ...
