I enjoy slow traveling and discovering new areas of NZ. I get my pet fix from housesitting as my present situation is not optimal to have my own.

Permanent NZ resident now living in Taupo, non-smoking Canadian who enjoys taking care of homes and dogs in places I have yet to discover!

My employment here in Taupo is from 8:30 to 5 pm. In the past, I used to work remotely and do enjoy slow traveling with housesitting, I'm foremost there to protect and watch over your possessions and pets while you're away. That's what I aim to provide. From small to large pets or livestock, I will pamper your fur babies with the utmost care while you enjoy your time away.

My past life has seen its share of construction and renovation over the years, including building my country home from the ground up. Very hands-on, capable of fixing minor issues around the house if something were to happen while you're away or can easily coordinate the appropriate tradespeople.

I enjoy gardening, taking care of animals, and even having a horse and stable experience. I love dogs, having had a big Airedale for 11 years. I also had many cats in my life, so your feline friend will be equally loved.

Walking your pets daily is far from being a chore, Also, I have a full background check from both the Canadian and US gov.

I have a clean driving record if ever I need to drive your pet(s) to the vet, and may I add that I'm financially independent following a 25-year career in high-level corporate life.

It was a privilege to have Nathalie and Peter house sit my fur babies! All animals were well cared for and my home was spotless!! I’d love to have them stay again!
Nathalie and Peter cared for my dog, cat and home for 8 days recently and did a fantastic job. We didn't have a chance to meet them in person before the sit but we chatted on Facetime and did a run through of what was required — nothing was a problem at all. They're professional, experienced sitters, great communicators and clearly love animals. We returned to home to happy pets and a spotless home (much appreciated). Very happy to have Nathalie and Peter stay at our house and look after our two cats. Absolutely will have them again, left the house spotless and even cleaned up a caught bird! Thanks so much for doing that the little rascal, had to be when we weren't there! Excellent communication as well.
We enjoyed having Nathalie to stay. She cared for our animals and kept our house tidy and clean. I can recommend her as a house sitter.
We had Nathalie and Peter here over the long Queen's Birhday weekend in Rotorua. I was looking for a sitter and they responded right away. Communication after that was excellent! When they showed up, our dogs took to them right away. When we were away, our friends asked us to stay another night and therefore asked Nathalie and Peter if they could stay another night. They were free for another night so we were thrilled! When I texted a few times during the days away enquiring as to our ... Nathalie and her partner were great housesitters and we had no worries leaving Pippa in their care. They messaged lots and sent pictures which we really appreciated. The house was spotless when we arrived back :) Would highly recommend Nathalie as a house sitter. Thank you Nathalie!
Nathalie looked after our home and very spoilt Burmese cat for a month in September / October 2018. We met with her before our trip and found her to be very friendly and experienced in house sitting. She has a genuine affinity with animals and our cat was very happy in her company. While we were overseas, she kept us briefed and sent photos regularly via Messenger so we didn't have to worry. On our return the house was spotlessly clean with a scented candle and flowers on the table which was ... We would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is looking for an experienced house sitter who is great with animals - we have found her to be very friendly, reliable and trustworthy.
