Hello! We are a pet-loving professional couple who have been house-sitting full-time since 2018. We would love to care for your home and your pets :-)
Your fur family will have the best of love and care with their own live-in veterinarian (Alison) who has a special interest in feline medicine and cat behaviour (aka the Crazy Cat Vet!). Medications and daily treatments are easily taken care of, and diabetic care is a specialty.
We love getting out and about for walks, and so would love a companion dog to join us on these outings. Both of us work from home on a part-time basis, so we will have plenty of time to spend loving your pets and keeping them company. There is nothing better than cuddling up with a cat...or two!
Our experience includes a house sit which involved managing a Pacific island Veterinary Clinic and providing care for household pets and rescue animals at the same time. We have also looked after lifestyle blocks with chickens, sheep, and very friendly goats! In addition, we have cared for tropical and cold water fish tanks, and frog terrariums. We have some experience with swimming pools and have learned how to operate a 'smart home'.
We have excellent reviews from all of our house sits! We are clean non-smokers who will care for your home as if it were our own. Our hobbies include music (acoustic guitar and flute), fishing, and rock n roll dancing. We love meeting new people and pets while exploring our beautiful country. We are usually based between the Bay of Plenty, Coromandel, and the Bay of Islands, and generally prefer sits of more than 4 weeks duration - unless we have a gap to fill. Because we both work online using zoom/skype, we do need high-speed wifi where we stay.

Alison & Graham are awesome house sitters. They operate in a very professional way, They communicated and sent lots of photos of Milly and we could tell she was very happy. They also looked after the house and garden really well and the everything was immaculate when we arrived home. We hope to be able to secure them on our next trip.

It was an absolute pleasure having Graham and Alison stay and look after our fur babies. Ebony looked really well and I know he is missing them as he was a little aloof for the the first few days after we returned. Communication was great and Alison kept us informed and sent photos of Ebony being thoroughly spoilt.

Alison and Graham were great house-sitters, and I came home to find everything spotless and tidy and my cat perfectly happy. Alison and Graham are absolute stars! We have found the perfect house sitters and there is nothing we can fault from their two week stay. Alison and Graham were fabulous housesitters. Our old dog was well cared for and happy and we received updates and photos every couple of days. The house was immaculate on our return and even the windows and glass handrails had been cleaned. We even had a meal cooked for the evening of our return. We would not hesitate to have this couple back or recommend them to anyone else.
Alison & Graham are absolutely awesome! The first requirement for our next holiday will be to find out when they're available to house (and cat) sit for us again; it's as simple as that.

Alison and Graham did a wonderful job of looking after our home and cat for two weeks. we arrived home to a lovely clean and tidy house and happy cat. We recommend these two as top house sitters.
Excellent - was very reassuring to know our little doggy is looked after as well as our house.

Wow what an amazing couple. My husband thought we had got spring cleaners in as the house was so incredibly tidy. The dogs and cat were so happy and healthy from all the attention and exercise that they got. Loved the photos and updates we got. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate in having them house and pet set in the future.
Alison and Graham house sat for me and looked after my dog Molly in May/June this year. I received regular pics of Molly who was clearly happy to be with Alison and Graham. The house was well looked after and very clean when I returned and I was extremely happy with the house sit , I would recommend Alison and Graham for any future house sits and as animal carers.
