Kim and Sally were a lovely couple who made us feel at ease from the moment we met them. They kept us up to date with messages and photos of our pets. They looked after them as if they were their own.
The house was lovely and tidy when we returned.
I will definitely be booking them again when we need to, if they are available that is, as they are a popular choice with forward bookings already confirmed. If you want to use them, you have to get in quick.

Sally and Kim stayed at our home and looked after our pet Bobby for 3 and a half weeks. We were kept informed of Bobby’s well-being and photographs were also sent on a regular basis. Bobby was extremely well cared for and was very happy and settled on our arrival home. Although we have only been home for 2 days Bobby has very happily settled back into his old routine as if we had never been away.

Sally and Kim are an amazing, friendly couple. They took great care of our cats. Communication was superb and they kept us updated every few days with photos. It was great to know the cats were safe and being looked after. Everything in the house was perfect when we returned from our trip. They were our first house sitters and we would have them back anytime!

Kim and Sally were super lovely and we got on well from the get go. Our 3 year old labradoodle was well taken care of and so was the house. They sent daily updates with photos of our boy and communication was great. They even put fresh sheets on for us as we were returning late and they didn't want us doing it when we got home. So thoughtful! They were also super flexible, asked lots of questions and genuinely cared. Highly highly recommend them. Would definitely have them again!

Kim and Sally were awesome house sitters! They were easy to communicate with and made great effort to get to know us a little before the sit. They sent regular updates throughout the sit, and they also went out of their way to help with taking a broken vehicle to the mechanics.
We returned to a clean and tidy house, and a very lush garden. Our pets were happy and well-cared for. We will definitely use Kim a Sally for another house sit.

We are so so glad that we found Kim and Sally to house sit for us. This was our first use of house sitters and they are great ambassadors. What a fab team they make.
Great communication and commitment from the outset. We had regular updates from them as to how things were going, and photos and videos of our pooch while we were away (which was great.) And our house was immaculate when we returned!

Sally and Kim are reliable, experienced housesitters that we can easily recommend. They looked after our house for a little over a week, as well as our dog, cat and chickens. They maintained excellent communication throughout their stay and sent photos and updates while we were away to let us know the pets were doing fine.

AMAZING !
Sally and Kim have taken care of my puppy (8mo) while I was overseas. They kept me updated every day or two.
My flight had some delay and Sally waited for me anyway I really appreciated that.
My house was very clean and tidy when I got back.
I recommend their service and will surely ask them again for another sitting.

Sally and Kim were a safe pair of hands and keep us up to date on management of our lifestyle block. This was appreciated as we could relax and enjoy our holiday. We returned to a clean house, with washed linen pegged out on the line and milk in the fridge. We would welcome them back.

You could tell from the beginning that they love animals and were very accommodating of our dogs quirks...like needing to sleep on the bed! The house was lovely and clean on our return and we appreciated the updates throughout our time away. We definitely recommend them as trustworthy and communicative house and pet sitters.

Sally and Kim were fantastic. They were great with our Border Collie Ruby, even taking her to the vet to get her stitches out. They sent us pictures of her and gave us updates and took great care of the house. Even our neighbors commented how lucky she was with all the walks and attention. It was nice to come home knowing the house and pets had been cared for and it was evident in the way Ruby behaved when she was with Kim that she had been very well looked after. Big thanks to Kim and Sally for caring lovingly for our old border Collie who turned 15 while there and treated her to a birthday treat. They communicated regularly before and during their stay and happily stayed on extra 3 days to help us out when NZ borders were closed at last hours on our return. We will happily have them to stay again when we get to travel again. Our fish were also well looked after and home cared for. We appreciate all tgeir help and care with our old girl.

Communication with them before and throughout the sit was prompt and helpful with regular updates. On our return we found the house spotless, the garden flourishing and Pepper happy and well fed. We very much appreciate the bread and milk they left for us. We would happily have Kim and Sally house-sit for us again.

Kim and Sally sat for us in Feb/March 2021 for 1 month. I found them to be very lovely people, easy to communicate with. They looked after our precious cat Jessie with love and care. Our house was left neat and tidy when they left. Kim even waited for us to get home to hand over the keys. We where only going away for 3 weeks but due to a snap level 3 lockdown we decided to stay away another week which wouldn't have happened if Kim and Sally hadn't agreed to stay on for us. Our animals were so well looked after and daily walks for the dogs so they did not miss out on their routines.
The house was spotless when we arrived home.

What a lovely couple Sally and Kim are! So friendly and warm, and great with our aging doggie and our young kids! Very easy to get along with, kept in good contact while we were away with lovely pics and video of our dog. He was happy and that is the most important thing.
You can tell Sally and Kim love dogs and 'get them'; they treated our Toby like he was their own and our neighbours all told us they thought they were great. We are keen to have them back!!! Thank you, both.

We were very blessed to have Sally & Kim to house sit for us. Due to Covid we had to change our dates & they were still able to house sit. We were fortunate enough to be able to meet them prior to house sitting as they passed through Napier. They arrived a day early so we were able to get to know them better (& they us) and discuss itinerary and then on arriving home we had a cuppa and they shared a video clip of Theo & the floods in Napier which happened while we were away. They kept in ... MOREWe were very blessed to have Sally & Kim to house sit for us. Due to Covid we had to change our dates & they were still able to house sit. I know Inka got regular walks and everyone was well-fed and happy when I returned home. They even left a fresh set of sheets on the bed, which was very much appreciated as my flight was delayed and I got home late!
