We can offer a caring and honest ethic to those who use this service.
We are effectively retired so have flexibility in terms of availability. That can be tempered by some family commitments but not greatly so.
Allan has a rural background from his younger days and continues to enjoy the great outdoors, fly fishing and tramping in particular. He is comfortable around animals and light machinery.
Yvonne has an active interest in craft work and enjoys exploring what different localities have to offer. She is also a keen genealogist and delves into local NZ history.
Our preference is to restrict our activity to the South Island but in that context nowhere is really too far or too remote.

No rating Yvonne and Allan were excellent sitters and everything went according to plan as arranged. The house was clean and tidy when we returned and Zac ( poodle 14) was well cared for and treated like family.

Yvonne and Alan were wonderful with my house and best four footed friend. My poodle cross dog seemed very relaxed and happy when I got home. Definitely plan to ask them to come again.

Yvonne and Allan were brilliant housesitters. Our cat was well looked after. Correspondence was clear and organised. Allan kindly dropped us at the airport for our trip away. Our house was immaculately tidy which was so nice to come home to. I hope they both can come and housesit for us again.

Yvonne and Allan took great care of our house and moggy. Brucie was well fed and contented in our absence, in fact I don't think he missed us at all! Our house was left immaculate and all the washing done. We were so happy that we have invited them for a return sit later in the year.

Allan & Yvonne came up to visit me on short notice as they would be taking over the housesit from another housesitter. They took care of my cats and the house was tidy when I came home. Allan drove my vehicle to the airport, on my request, to pick me up which I greatly appreciated.
 
JENNIFER (Nelson Lakes South Island, Mar 2019 - 1 week 6 days)
No rating Yvonne and Allan looked after our menagerie of pets, farm stock and lifestyle block for 3 weeks. The dog enjoyed her walks and the other animals, house and lawns were well looked after. We had no problems and appreciated their feedback after we returned.
