Kia Ora,
we, that are Kat (44), Andy (44), Finn (9) and Zoe (6) would be happy to care of your pets and look after your house while you are away. It gives us the opportunity to enjoy other parts of New Zealand for our family. We came to NZ in 2013 from Germany and both of our kids are born here. We received NZ citizenship in 2023.

So far, we have taken care of cats, dogs, kept the house and garden nice and tidy and have run an Air BnB for the homeowners. We are comfortable around lifestyle animals as Kat grew up on a farm which today have hundreds of goats making magnificent cheese.

We would be home every night (so no overnight trips) and can work remotely. If required, one would be home during the day.

The pet(s) need to be comfortable around kids though. We like the outdoors and will make good use of playgrounds or beaches or forests in the area, but also stay home and relax.

As we own a house ourselves in Rolleston (near Christchurch), we'll treat your home with the utmost respect and will contribute to the utility bill while we are at your space. We consider ourselves very trustworthy, tidy and are non-smokers.

We'd need 2+ rooms, as the kids sleep in one room here as well.
