Iris & Adrien

Hello!
We are Adrien and Iris, a French/Australian couple in our early 40s, taking a sabbatical year to slow down and immerse ourselves in the beautiful nature of New Zealand. We're traveling with our beloved, well-trained, and exceptionally lazy puppy, making us the perfect caregivers for any animals except cats.

For the past five years, we have been Superhosts on Airbnb, renting out the ground floor of our home. Our guests consistently praise our meticulous care and hospitality. Feel free to ask for the link to our listing to see the glowing reviews and get a sense of how well we maintain our space.

We are a hardworking and active couple, ensuring your pets will get plenty of exercise and attention. Adrien is particularly handy, capable of handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including woodworking, plumbing, and electrical work. While I may not be as skilled in repairs, I am incredibly passionate about animals and guarantee your furry friends will receive endless love, cuddles, and attention.

Our dog is extremely well-trained, never barks, is not allowed on furniture, and sleeps as much as a cat. He is a quiet and considerate companion.

We are available from December 17th and are looking for house-sitting opportunities in the North Island until the end of January. After that, we will be moving to the South Island for the remainder of 2025.
