Shannon & George

We are an adventurous couple from England who met just across the pond in Australia whilst both on our travels 6 years ago. We have been together ever since and are looking to continue our wonderful journey in New Zealand.

We have both had the pleasure of growing up around animals from a young age. I (Shannon) lived minutes away from a farm that my parents helped to run. Me, my sister and my parents each had a horse of our own as well as a family Shetland pony to love and care for, we also had our lovely cockapoo Charlie and a little terrior Chance.

I (George) grew up with 2 of the most loveable, playful boxer dogs you could ask for: Striker and Casper. They could be a handful at times which gave me the understanding and courage to look after a bigger bread of dog without worry. Sadly they are no longer with us but this has only made my love for animals stronger.

We're both very excited to have our own pets together one day but have decided to put our travel plans first for now and are very much looking forward to beginning our pet sitting adventure in the meantime!

Please note, we are currently travelling the North Island and plan to head over to the South Island around May/June 24 for 6 months.
