Hi there,

We have been living in NZ for 30 years or more and now that we are retired we enjoy travelling slowly and exploring new areas. We have been pet owners ourselves for most of our lives and enjoy the companionship of animals. We have extensive housesitting experience and excellent references both from NZ and Australia (2023).

This year we will be housesitting in the North Island for the months of June and July and after that we are available for SOUTH ISLAND sits.

We assure you we will take great care of your home, your garden and your pets and we will keep you informed at all times.

Roger is an excellent organic gardener and grows all our own vegetables. We love biking and hiking and are exceptionally fit.

We are home owners and both of us are non smokers.

Rhonwyn & Roger are absolutely amazing! They took amazing care of our home & our 2 labradors. The communication was awesome, we didn't have internet for most of our trip, it was nice to see messages and photos waiting for us once service kicked in. The house was left perfect, the labradors happy as. Having the milk & bread left for us when we got home was awesome, we didn't have to rush off to the supermarket right away. Rhonwyn and Roger looked after my house and Gus while I was away. I cannot recommend them enough. They gave many updates and included photos. When they arrived the water decided to play up and they were not at all fazed (despite no hot water), and sorted the tradies a few days later as they refused to call them in on weekends!!!! Rhonwyn and Roger were easy to communicate with before our housesit and while we were away. They kept us regularly up to date on how our pets were going and sent us photos. The house when we returned was left clean and tidy. Our houseplants were watered and looked after. We felt we really got to know Rhonwyn and Roger and will keep in contact with them. Rhonwyn and Roger were fabulous house sitters. They took care of our pets beautifully, keeping in touch with us daily by sending us photos of them. They also tended to my garden, and kept it looking great. They are very personable and friendly people and were very willing to be flexible with arrangements too. Communication was always prompt and clear. I would definitely have them house sit our home and pets again and can highly recommend them to others.
