I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Tian and I am writing to express my interest in being your trusted housesitter. I am a clean and tidy individual who loves spending time with pets, such as cuddling cats and walking dogs.
As a student of Early Childhood Education studying from a distance, I have a lot of time to dedicate to your pets and ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve. I am confident in my ability to be a responsible and trustworthy housesitter for several reasons:
-I have experience in caring for pets with various needs, personalities, and health levels.
-As I work from home, I have ample time to spend with your pets and ensure their comfort.

Tian and Jing looked after our house and cat, Louie, for six weeks while we were on holiday overseas. We returned to an incredibly tidy home and happy cat. Tian is an excellent communicator, both before and during the housesit. He sent us updates and photos of Louie whilst we were away - which put our minds at ease. I would happily recommend Tian and Jing and would not hesitate to have them housesit for us again.

Tian and Jing house/petsat for us for one night and we were very happy :) Before the sit Tian sent through a thorough checklist of things to know about, so it was obvious that they were experienced sitters.

We had Tian and Jing sit for 3 nights, great communication from start to finish, with photos sent as requested while we were away. House left extremely clean and tidy.

Tian and his partner looked after our home and beloved Mr Puss for one month while we were overseas. Throughout our travels, we got great updates and photos of a happy Mr Puss. He was treated like. a king, given belly rubs and even snuggled up for cuddles. We returned to a spotless house (even cleaner than before we left) and happy Mr Puss. Tian and his partner were great house sitters. He is really organised and takes house sitting very seriously ensuring he understands your requirements. He checked in with me regularly during the stay. My cat wasn't here during this stay but I would be more than happy to leave him in Tian's care in future. Tian has a lot of experience house sitting and this was evident by his great and proactive communication. Before he arrived he sent us a prepared form of common questions and then took the time to visit us a few days before to learn about our house.
Tian and his partner looked after our cats well, gave us unprompted regular updates while we were away, and then left the house very clean and tidy for our arrival home.

Tian and Sylvia looked after our place for about 5 days and we couldn't be happier. The animals were healthy and well fed, the home left in an immaculate condition and no dramas whatsoever. Tian kept us informed by txt as to updates from time to time and he was extremely easy to communicate with. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Tian and his partner did an excellent job looking after our cat and our house for 3 weeks earlier this year. They were flexible and understanding of our situation and kept us updated with regular communications. They left the house clean and tidy and our cat well looked after. I would be glad to have them housesit again in the future.
Tian and his partner house sat for us over Christmas/New Years break while we were away. We appreciated Tian's services of animal and house sitting for us. It wasn't easy with a puppy. We have 2 dogs (1 is a puppy) and 2 cats. They were all cared for and kept safe in their own environment which was important to us. Tian gave us a daily updates and he is a good communicator.
Tian was a great house sitter. His communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. He came over twice prior to the house sit which made us very comfortable. Tian took great care of Albert, our cat and he appeared to be very content on our return home. The gardens and house was immaculate and we were very grateful to not have to lift a finger when we got home. I can highly recommend Tian and look forward to having him sit for us again.

Tian was very responsive when we asked to meet him and we found him easy to talk to and keen to provide what we needed. He had a great attention to detail regarding our elderly cat and instructions around her meals and medications. He sent regular brief reports by text. which was reassuring. He did a great job and we can recommend him.

Tian was a fabulous housesitter!! He went above and beyond and we felt very comfortable having him look after our house and our cat!
Communication was excellent, and he was very thorough with sending through an agreement before hand. He sent us updates and reports while we were away and even kindly cleaned the house for us when we returned! We would highly recommend him!!! and can't wait to have him house sit again for us!
Tian was fantastic, I came home to a clean house (and car!) and best of all, 4 happy and relaxed pets. He went above and beyond, walking my 2 doodle dogs in a range of new places in nature, and it was great peace of mind receiving regular email updates and photos.

Tian is a very humble, respectful and conscientious young gentleman whom I would gladly have look after our Boyz again at any time and I would highly recommend him.
As requested, Tian gave us weekly updates on how the boyz were getting on and despite our cats being extremely shy and weary of strangers, by the second week they were sleeping on his bed and quite comfortable around him.
With a house sitter looking after your pets, house and garden - you can really relax. Happy days.
