Jess and Alex truely lived up to their high reviews. Their communication was excellent from first contact and pet photo updates reassuring in that the dogs quite obviously weren’t missing us and had adopted new parents 😂 The house was left immaculately. Future house-sit seekers and pet owners will be lucky to have Jess and Alex. Thanks again!

Jess and Alex, were amazing. Pablo is happy, the house is so clean and tidy even the lawns are mown and the windows have been washed!!! Amazing. They have been great to deal with and we were very happy to have them sit for us and our dog. We would highly recommend them.

We couldn’t have asked for better Housesitters with Jess and Alex. They were great with communication before and during the sit. They took great care of Charli and Nullah and our home was beautiful and tidy on our return. I would highly recommend them and hope we get to use their services again!

Alex and Jess were fantastic house sitters. Communication was excellent both before and during the house sit, sending updates and photos of our dog. They took great care of Gemma, watered the garden, house plants and looked after of home, nothing was a bother and they went above and beyond our expectations. After meeting Jess and Alex prior to them moving in, I felt very comfortable leaving Tilly & Daisy in their care. Everything was perfect after my short trip away. I'm hoping Jess and Alex will be available next time and can definitely recommend them to others :)

It was super easy, hassle free and relaxing to have Jess & Alex on board to house sit and take care of my dog. I was super impressed when I met up with them that they had obviously trained dogs and knew how to handle dogs and maintain good behaviour so I could rest easy knowing that my dog wasnt going to pick up bad habits while I was away. Communication was fast and straight forward and the house was really clean and tidy, just lovely to come home to. Highly recommend.

Jess and Alex looked after my house and my cat Louie while I was away for a week. They were great at keeping me up to date and the house was neat and tidy when I returned. I would recommend Jess and Alex as housesitters and would happily have them back again.

We can't speak highly enough of the wonderful job that Jess and Alex did for us while we were away. They were great communicators, fabulous with our dog and our two chooks, and left the house in better shape than they found it. Our dog was obviously well-loved, well-walked, and happy. Having been our first time to use Kiwi House sitters, we were a little in the dark, however Jess has made it very easy for us. She has communicated extremely well during our absence. Jess and Alex are a lovely couple. My dog instantly formed a connection with them and I felt relaxed about leaving. They communicated well with regular updates on how things were going and even sent a short video of my happy dog. The garden looked well watered and my house was tidy when I returned home. I would happily have them house sit for me again.

Jess & Alex looked after our home and dog Ryder for 3 weeks. Jess sent regular updates and pictures and communicated exceptionally well overall. We came home to an immaculately clean house and Ryder was completely relaxed. Ryder is quite a sensitive girl and gets nervous easily so we know that Jess & Alex cared for her really well. We highly recommend Jess & Alex for looking after pets and homes and would love to have them back for our next trip.

We were so relieved to have experienced and lovely house sitters Jess and Alex stay in our home with our 7 month old puppy. Communication was great right from the beginning and during the house sit. We really appreciated updates on how he was doing as well as the photos they sent. The house and garden were in beautiful shape when we returned and Banjo had clearly had a great time with them. Jess and Alex have been fantastic house sitters. Their communication was great and it was so nice to be updated almost daily about all our beloved pets. When we got home the house was tidy garden was great and the pets had wagging tails and you could tell they had been loved for the last 2 weeks! Jess and Alex are an excellent young couple whom we would have sit again and highly recommended. Our young pup Benji had been trumatised following a dog attack just before we left on holiday. They not only calmed him but taught new tricks. House was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Jess & Alex were just great. Communicated well with a photo of Max. When I got home the house was immaculate, Max was happy & not at all stressed & the garden looked well watered especially after the hot weekend. I would definitely recommend Jess & Alex to house sit & care for your pet.

Fabulous sitter very impressed with the care of Archie and left the house immaculate as we left it. We will definitely be enlisting the services of Jess again. Next time we are away for longer couple of weeks. Jess and her partner were very considerate and sent us a pic when they arrived to be with Archie. Highly recommended
