Now it’s time to get to know the South Island and take care of the most wonderful fur friends!
About us: A young couple that works from home. We are also very responsible and tidy and of course; we love animals.
With plenty of housesitting experience under our belts, we have received numerous positive reviews from satisfied homeowners.
We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy home, and we will make sure to keep your property safe and secure while you're away.

I would 100% recommend this couple to house and pet sit. They took wonderful care of all our animals and the house was spotless when we returned home (they'd even emptied the trash and done the washing!). They also sent us photos of our pets while we were away which was really nice and appreciated.
Peter and Ale were a lovely couple who did a great job of looking after our house and dog. Loved seeing the photos of our dog while we were on holiday. Would be happy to have back in our house.
I loved the way Peter and Ale were willing to make things work for me and my dog in the lead-up to the house-sit. Their communication was amazing, sending me photos of Mick on arrival, during the sit, and letting me know how things were before they left. It was lovely to come home to a happy, relaxed dog and a clean tidy house! Highly recommend this couple.
Peter and Ale were really great looking after my 2 dogs Poppy and Jackson and my house. They sent through photos and a brief message about how things were going and what rhey did with the dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Peter and Ale are fabulous house sitters. They are very clear communicators, super fun and friendly, and our fur kids absolutely adored them!!! We'd highly recommend - so much so we've already booked them again!
I was a little hesitant using this site as you really dont know you can you trust to look after your house and fur babies . I was blown away by Ale and Peter. We came home to chocolates, bedding washed, a clean house and some seriously happy dogs ( they kind of look dissapointed we had come back :-). I cannot recommend them enough. Peter and Ale is a lovely couple and we knew from the minute we spoke to them, that they will take responsibility at looking after our place and dog as if it was their own.
Everything felt so easy with them and they felt more like family. Never worried about a thing. Having not used a house-sitting service before, we weren't sure how things would go, but Peter and Ale did a great job. They took great care of our cat Sophie and kept our little house clean, which is a mission as it is very old, so thank you guys! They sent regular photos of Sophie and communicated with us very well, which we appreciated. We would be happy to recommend Peter and Ale for future house-sitting.

We are always nervous leaving our pets in someone else's care but reading Peter & Ale's reviews and then talking with them over skype meant we were prepared to take the plunge for a week. Ale and Peter took good care of our house and pets. They communicated with us regularly and sent us pictures. They are a lovely couple and I would recommend them as house sitters to anyone who needs this service and I will be happy to have them take care of my home and pets again, if they are available.
Peter and Ale looked after our house and two dogs wonderfully well. They kept in touch via email and photos and we arrived home to a lovely clean house with autumn leaves all raked up. I highly recommend them as excellent pet and house sitters.

Peter and Ale did a great job looking after our many pets and house. The house was nice and clean. the pets were well loved, i think our dog misses them and all the attention! We got regular photos and updates of the pets and there adventures and upmost care was given when one of the chickens passed away. Highly recommended. Thank you Ale and Peter for treating ours like your own.
Peter and Ale were great! They are warm and friendly and clearly truly love animals. When they first met with us our cats we're running outside and they seemed genuinely disappointed when they couldn't meet them. Luckily when they came around to pick up the keys they got to meet them and you you tell they would look after them properly and shower then with love and cudddles.
Communication was great and we got updates and photos daily.

Jazz and our sheep/chickens really were well looked after. Jazz loved having you both around that she hung out with yous even though we were back home - so cute. Pics of your outtings with Jazz was real nice to get while we were away.

Peter & Al are a lovely couple, looked after our house and animals when we where away. They did a great job and left house clean and tidy.
Commutation was fast many by tex.
Peter and Alejandra looked after our House, 3 dogs and kitten and a turtle for a month. We left them with our 6 mth old kitten that dislocated her hip 2 days before we were due to fly out to Europe. They looked after our animals very well and our cat has made a full recovery. The animals were so relaxed being able to stay at home while we were away they weren't even that excited when we got home, it was like we had never been away. I would not hesitate to have them back if required.
We love these guys so much. I cannot wait for them to come back to NZ so we can have them loving our cats again :) Miss you

Peter and Ale were great house sitters. During the process of organizing everything they responded in a timely fashion and were always polite. They were eager to know what type of needs our cat had, asking questions during our walk through. We have a rescue that is very scared of new people, and it seems our cat took to them pretty quickly. Peter and Ale took exceptional care of our elderly dog Freyja while we were overseas for 3 weeks. They were very patient with her and dealt with her numerous medications extremely well. Our house was left clean and tidy when they left. We would definitely have them back in the future should we need petsitters again. Thanks guys!

We had Peter and Ale look after our home and two dogs while we were away overseas. They are both very friendly, reliable and true pet lovers. Our home was well cared for and our dogs loved and walked while we were away.
They stayed in contact with us before the date of departure and even sent us some lovely pictures of our happy dogs while we were away.
We could not recommend them more and will be using them again in the future.
