Hi there we are a retired couple with a wide variety of experience caring for farm animals and pets. We both grew up on farms and owned a lifestyle block stocked with everything from horses, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep and nurse cows. A highlight during this time was our Golden retriever Kennels and Rag doll cats. This was some time ago now and as pets dont live as long as we'd all like them to we don't have any pets currently but do understand only too well the dilemma of trying to get away on holiday and leaving them in safe hands. We are traveling NZ with our caravan exploring all the walkways, cycle ways, boating and fishing this wonderful country of ours has to offer and look fwd to hearing from you if we sound like a good fit for you. NB Due to old injuries we can no longer be available for boisterous dogs that jump up or pull on the lead.

Gail and family were fantastic sitters, we are so grateful, our anxious cat is usually very stressed when we get home, but she was relaxed and very happy! The house was spotless also 😊 Thankyou 😊

You are very welcome we just let Maybel come to us when she was ready and we all enjoyed winning her over.
Gail and Gary took great care of our property for just under a month which allowed us a much needed holiday free from worry about the house and garden. Easy to get along with, they came to meet us prior to the stay and got an idea of the layout of the property and chickens. Lawns were mowed and greenhouse watered etc. Although they had their own caravan they were able to use facilities as required if they wished. Gail and Gary are awesome sitters and a friendly genuine couple. Our three schnoodles and cat were very content and very well looked after. Having Gail and Gary stay the night before we left made the departure the next day so much easier. It was so nice to return home to a lovely clean house, tidy gardens and happy fur babies. Thank you so much Gail and Gary. We look forward to you coming back again. We definitely recommend you as terrific house sitters.

Gail and Gary are a lovely couple and I knew when I first met them that I could trust them totally to look after my two golden retrievers and my home when I was away for five and a half weeks. I would recommend them to anyone. My dogs love them and gave them a great welcome when they came back to visit.

What an absolute find Gail and Gary were to look after Boris and also included the feeding of our chickens and cattle on the weekend. So comfortable with all aspects - communication, care and just being a fabulous couple to have in your home while away. Only concern was they would take Boris with them when they left! Would have them back in a heart beat! Thank you Gail and Gary.

No rating Gail and Gary were great. They maintained my property well and really took care of my dog Cooper who ended up needing some extra care. They communicated with me on a regular basis and kept everything stress free. I would absolutely recommend them as being fabulous house sitters and would ask them to house sit again.

Gary and Gail were fabulous housesitters and lovely people - they looked after the animals so well, watered the garden and even mowed the lawn, which made a big difference for me coming back. It was nice being away and knowing I didn't need to worry about anything back at home.

Fantastic couple. Gail and Gary came to visit a couple of weeks before hand so they could see the property and meet the pets. They were so easy to talk to and I went away with no concerns as our animals bonded quickly.
