Lana

Hi!

My name is Lana, I flew to New Zealand from my home country, the Netherlands, on January 1st with a Working Holiday Visa in my pocket.

Back at home I have 3 recurring pet sit jobs, I grew up with 3 of my own pets and have been taking care of many of other peoples pets during the years.I have been pet sitting since I was 18

For me , pets are such a special thing in a humans life. Even though they are in our lives for a relatively short time, their impact is great and never leaves you. So I know the importance of leaving behind your pet with someone you trust and who will provide for the care and attention your pet needs. I would love to help with that!

To tell you a little about myself, I love hiking, travelling and exploring but am also a homebody who loves to read or consume any type of storytelling, cooking and baking while listening to music.

In the past few years Lana house sitted for me on multiple occasions. We usually go on 1 to 3 week holidays 3 to 4 times a year. And she was always there to help out.

My household consists out of one dog and two cats.
They absolutely adore Lana.
My dog had special care due to his hip dysplasia operation and Lana gave him his medications and walked with him carefully as recommended by the vet. I can not think of a more responsible caretaker for my pets.

Also she kept the house extremely tidy and all the plants survived when we were away.

I highly recommend Lana for taking care of your beloved pets.

Lana has always been very reliable and extremely sweet with our animals. We have a dog, cat and a bunny and could go carefree on a holiday. Lana has taken care of our animals multiple times and we were always very pleased with the way she treats them. She not only gives them their basic needs but treats them like her own, with care and a lot of love! I have known Lana for a couple years now and fully trust my home and animals to her!
