Trustworthy and experienced house sitters, great with people and a variety of animals. Over the past decade we have enjoyed travelling and housesitting in New Zealand, UK, and Europe.
We are a quiet couple with backgrounds in the animal industry, now self employed and work from where ever home is!
We are non-smokers with tidy habits, interested in art, music, and all things nature - animals, wildlife, the outdoors.
We give professional level care to the animals we are looking after, and will treat your home with respect.
If requested we can also send you regular updates on your pets so you know they are happy!

Mel and Andy were amazing sitters.
Their communication was fantastic, they were friendly and looked after our cat and house very well. Our cat didn't even care that we were home!
They even left us a bottle of milk and a picture of our cat for our return. We would have them back any time!
We used Mel and Andy for the second time while we had a two week break in Aussie. They are both fantastic animal people and treated our two cats as their own. Communications were prompt and clear. The house was left spotless and the property well maintained. Photos attached to an email part way through our trip reassured us that our pets were very relaxed and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Mel and Andy were absolutely fantastic, they kept in touch while we were away, looked after the property carefully, even mowing lawns, and left our house clean and tidy when we returned. They left some treats for us, and made sure there was milk and bread in the frig. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to rebook them in the future.
Thanks again for coming to stay and looking after our place - and all the animals - so well.... And for coping well with the slightly challenging water issues for the animals!

Mel and Andy are a lovely couple and we're great house sitters. We got daily updates and pics of our lovely dog Fin. They were hassle free, kind, warm people. I would happily have them come and stay at our anytime!
We were so impressed with Melissa and Andy, they were both good communicators , and dependable with arrangements made. They were kind and caring to our dog Benson and he was happy and contented in their care. The house was left immaculately and cared for as if it were their own home. Also, they were thoroughly nice people. Hope we. are able to use their services again sometime.
Melissa and Andy did a great job looking after our cat and house for 3 weeks. Melissa kept us informed about how our cat was doing while we were away (she was spoilt and very well looked after) and we came back to a very tidy house with the lawns mown and a happy cat. Mel and Andy was fantastic with our house and especially our geriatric and much pampered cat. They were friendly, organised, tidy and most importantly really good and honest people. They treated our home like it was their own and seemed to enjoy staying here, which was lovely to see. Highly recommend these guys, you couldn't pick better sitters for your beloved pets.
It was so comforting to have Mel and Andy in my home for two nights as it was the first time I had left my newish cat. What an added bonus that they communicated so well, emailing me when they had arrived, when they left and daily updates and pics on Buddy. They have also vacuumed the house which i had not expected and just been generally very thoughtful and considerate. Thank you both so much. I hope you are available again some time in the future.

Melissa and Andy were amazing house sitters. Their communications were always prompt and clear. They looked after our home and cat for four weeks and did a magnificent service..the garden was taken care of and the cat was very comfortable. The house was left spotless at the end of their stay. They sent email updates from time to time at our request.

Many thanks to Mel and Andy for housesitting for us and looking after our two cats. Mel and Andy were great- they communicated really well with us before, during and after the sit. They were very security conscious. They left the house immaculately tidy, and our cats and garden were well cared for. We highly recommend them as housesitters and would definitely have them again.
Andy and Melissa are simply wonderful and we would absolutely, unreservedly recommend them to anyone. They looked after our elderly cat while we went on holiday and their kindness and sincerity was just what we needed to put our minds at ease while we were away. Andy and Melissa set up a whatsapp chat so that we could all communicate while we were away.
