74 & 84, Legal office, both retired

Muriel and I married September 2019 having both lost our dearest spouses in the last three years.
I retired as a Newspaper Photographer in 1997 and Muriel is set to retire in September 2nd from a Wellington Legal firm where she is Office manager.
My first wife and I looked after some 40 plus holiday homes in Pukawa, Omori and Kuratau in the south eastern end of Lake Taupo from 2000 to 2016 where we had a holiday home
Muriel and I own our own homes in Wanganui and Lower Hutt.
Having both travelled extensively overseas for many years we are now looking at refreshing ourselves seeing more of our own beautiful NZ after Muriel's retirement in September, I have had Fox terriers and cats over many years and Muriel was brought up on a dairy farm in the Waikato. My main interests are trout fishing, vintage cars and playing croquet.
We are non smokers and non alcohol drinkers.
As of April this year we have to our credit,house sat 6 homes all with various animals and satisfied owners.

Maurice and Muriel are AMAZING! It felt like we had treasured family members looking after our home and pets. We were so lucky to have Maurice and Muriel sitting for us. The cats were loved and brushed and we had regular photo updates. The house was so clean, in fact the only sign they'd been there at all was the fact the house seemed to be gleaming and the boys were so contented. Thank you. I highly recommend and would welcome you back any time.

Maurice & Muriel were great house sitters. They looked after our home and animals very well. They left our house very tidy at the end of the sit, I think it was tidier than when we left. I would have no hesitation in having Maurice & Muriel sit for us again.

Maurice and Muriel were lovely. The communication was great and they left our house in a nice clean condition. We didn't get to know them that well as they arrived and we gave them brief instructions and left but we would be happy to have them back. We would recommend them to others.
