We have had numerous pets while raising our children, and we have looked after friends' pets (specifically elderly dogs) at our home while they were on holiday and house sat on numerous occasions in Texas, California, Bermuda and New Zealand.

Julie owned a small food gardening business and worked on a 40 acre organic orchard. She loves weeding and tending to plants and veggie gardens.

John had an orchid and succulent collection and is an avid sailor, boater and diver.

We both have experience with home maintenance and small repairs. Our mantra is to always leave a house tidier than when we found it.

John and Julie were perfect Dogsitters, our Border Collie Pip had the under her spell ! They took her on great walks and adventures in the car. We returned home to a house just as we left it but with a pot of home-made soup warming on the hob, a very warm welcome on one of the coldest nights of the year. We would be delighted to have them back at any time and wish them well with their future Housesits on their new adventure in New Zealand.
