Hi, my name is Janie Meyer and I am 34 years old. I am a teacher in Hamilton, where I work full time 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. I have been house sitting for the past 3 years and have really enjoyed it. Previous to this I lived on a farm with two dogs, a Jack Russell and a Border Collie, a Burmese cat, 5 chickens and 500 dairy cows. I love animals so you can be assured that I will look after your pets as my own. I am an active person so if you would like I can take dogs running with me too.
I am a responsible, clean and tidy person. I would leave your home in immaculate condition.

Janie was an amazing house/pet sitter for 'Ollie'. We returned home to a very happy 'Ollie' who had clearly enjoyed Janie's company & bonded with her as 'Ollie' missed her after she left. The house was exceptionally tidy, clean, washing done and plants watered on our return. When an unexpected delayed occurred Janie willingly extended her pet sit by 2 days to help us out. Jaine was fantastic, lovely sitter & made us feel very confident leaving our house and cat in her care. Both the house and the cat were very well taken care of, came home to a beautifully clean house and a very happy cat. Even came home to some naughty treats and a Thank You for letting Janie sit for us! Would absolutely recommend. This was our first experience and it was awesome. Fantastic communication and great peace of mind knowing everything was in safe hands

We liked Janie immediately. Felt totally comfortable leaving her to look after our home, garden and also the neighbourhood cat who visits regularly. Arrived home to a clean tidy house and happy plants. Not to mention a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates!! We would certainly recommend Janie and really hope she is available when we next need a house sitter.

My daughter & I went overseas for 3 weeks & I was fortunate enough to confirm Janie to house sit, (after never using a house sitter before). Janie was great. She looked after my cat, watered my plants & kept in contact while we were away to reassure me that everything was fine, which gave me great peace of mind. We came home to a spotless house, a well stocked fridge & a very happy cat. Thanks so much Janie, you're awesome!

To whom it may concern, My daughter and I were booked to go overseas on an 11 day holiday which we were extremely excited about but at the same time had worry in the back of our minds as to what to do with our beloved cat. Our cat is a bit precious and I knew she wouldn't handle a cattery so the only option was to get someone to house sit. I tried to think of someone I knew and trusted but kept hitting a brick wall.
